Runyourrun launch new Group Run Sessions

From Saturday 6th May 2017, Runyourrun will be launching Group Run sessions on Saturday mornings based at Hatfield Outdoor Activity Centre near Doncaster.

The aim of the Runyourrun sessions are for YOU to learn how to run YOUR run, with confidence.  Our coaches and volunteers will guide you around organised courses and provide you with sets that will help your run develop.

All you need to do is turn up with a pair of trainers and a smile!

The Group Run sessions are ideal for anyone new to running to people who are  experienced runners.  The sessions will last 45 minutes and cost £3 per session.

There will be two sessions running on Saturdays throughout the summer, starting at 8:15am, and 9:15am.

If you would like to be involved please meet at reception of Hatfield Outdoor Activity Centre fifteen minutes before the Group Run session begins.

Runyourrun is pleased to welcome Rach Jackson as our lead coach, who, as a qualified run coach, has a wealth of experience in both short and long distance running having taken part in many 5k, 10k, and half-marathon distance events, alongside her successful half-ironman triathlon experience.
